This Privacy Policy explains how ClassroomOS handles information when you use the app.

ClassroomOS is designed to work primarily on-device. We do not run a user account system for the mobile app and we do not collect personal data for advertising or analytics.

2. Information We Process

ClassroomOS processes the following content locally on your device:

• Documents you open, such as PDF or presentation files
• Whiteboard drawings, annotations, and exported files you create
• Local app settings and feature state, such as trial usage counters and license status

This content is processed only to provide app functionality and is stored locally on your device.

3. Purchases

If you buy premium features, purchase processing is provided by Google Play Billing.

• We do not receive or store your full payment card details
• Google may process purchase-related information under Google Play terms and policies
• The app may store a local purchase or license flag on your device so premium features remain unlocked

4. Data We Do Not Collect

ClassroomOS does not collect personal data on our own servers for:

• Advertising
• Analytics or behavioral tracking
• Sale of personal information

5. Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell your personal data.

We use third-party components only to provide app functionality, including:

• Google Play Billing, for in-app purchases
• Open-source libraries used for document rendering, drawing, and export features

Where third-party services are involved, their own privacy policies also apply.

6. Data Storage and Retention

• App content and settings are stored locally on your device
• You can delete app content using app or device controls
• Uninstalling the app removes app data stored by the app from your device, subject to device and OS behavior

7. Security

We use reasonable technical measures in the app design to reduce unnecessary data exposure. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure.

8. Children

ClassroomOS does not knowingly collect personal information from children through our own servers.

9. Your Choices

• Choose what files to open and store in the app
• Delete local files and app data
• Avoid in-app purchases by not initiating a purchase

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the Last updated date when changes are made.
